These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into by and between Hashtag Foundry (“Company”) and any individual, business, or entity using our services (“Client”). By using our website or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms outlined below.
1.1 “Services” refers to website development, app development, branding, digital marketing, and other technology solutions provided by Hashtag Foundry.
1.2 “Deliverables” means all products, websites, designs, applications, or digital solutions created for the Client during a project.
1.3 “Client Content” includes all data, images, logos, and materials provided by the Client for project execution.
1.4 “Agreement” means these Terms and Conditions, including any proposals, invoices, or contracts signed between Hashtag Foundry and the Client.
By accessing or using our services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue using our services immediately.
The scope of services will be clearly documented and agreed upon before project initiation. Timelines and delivery dates depend on the Client providing required content, approvals, and feedback in a timely manner. Additional requests outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
Payments must be made as per the agreed milestones or invoices. Delayed or incomplete payments may result in project delays or suspension. Ownership of deliverables is transferred only after full payment.
The Client retains ownership of all original content provided. Hashtag Foundry retains rights to its proprietary frameworks, reusable code, and design elements. Final deliverables become the Client’s property upon full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Both parties agree to keep all shared information confidential and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, except where required by law.
Services are provided with reasonable skill and care. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Hashtag Foundry is not liable for losses caused by misuse, third-party tools, hosting downtime, or unauthorized changes.
Either party may terminate the project with written notice if the other party breaches the terms. All work completed up to the termination date must be fully paid for.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Satara District Court, Maharashtra, India.
Hashtag Foundry may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
